Allowed Pets

Pets are allowed in Superior Rooms. (Check with our reservation
team for other rooms.)

A maximum of two pets per room; Pets must weigh less than 15kg
unless hotel management gives prior approval.

A £20 per night fee per pet applies. If two small dogs (under 3kg
each) stay together, only one charge applies.
- Service dogs are free of charge.

Pets are welcome in the bar, restaurant (with the exception of
breakfast), and public areas – They must be on leads at all times.

You will be able to find water, water bowls and treats next to the
garden door.

Pets cannot be left alone in room. Housekeeping will only clean
rooms when pets are not present.
Guest Responsibilities, Damages and Cleaning
- Pets must be supervised and on leads at all times.

Owner understands that the pet should not disrupt the quiet
enjoyment of other guests due to excessive barking.

Owners must clean up after pets and dispose of waste properly (no
dog waste bins in the garden).
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets.

A £250 cleaning fee will apply for any extra cleaning or damage
after check-out.
Restrictions
- Only dogs and cats are allowed.
- Assistance dogs are exempt from charges and restrictions.
